Main responsibilities:
- Local Order entry and Order management (Cotizaweb)
- ISX solutions assignment and management
- Support request assignment and management
- Technical compliance matrices completion based on information product information available
- Bid Support documentation
- Uninet opportunities management (air conditioning)
- Training management
- Dashboard and reports generation
- Mapping, updating and setting process
- 4W process (For Nicaragua's orders only)
- Basic product configuration (UPS)
- White papers and trade-off tools management
- System Engineer Support
Education and experience
-
Electromechanical / Electric / Electric and electronics / Mechanical Engineering on going in bachelor's degree
- Interest in the data center infrastructure market
- No experience required

High capacity to learn and apply technical terms

MS Office Tools / Ability to learn and use new software
