What You Will Do:

Project management of learning and development programs and initiatives. Interfaces with leaders to determine training needs and requirements. Responsible of training dossiers and improvements on AS9100 audits, responsible to manage training archived and compliance. Coordinates annual training plan creation along with Functions to determine internal/external trainings to meet skill development needs to provide solutions. Strong interpersonal skills to translate needs into develop training material and execute technical training for three different business units, including hourly and salary employees. Metrics creation and follow up to ensure training process is being effective. Analyzes evaluation data and makes revision recommendation.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Professional degree in Engineering, Business administration or related.
  
• + 3 years experience for similar position.
  
• 80% English Level
  
• Excel (intermediate)
  
• Previous experience as trainer, coordinating working with groups, liason with Schools (Cecati, CETYS, USBC, etc).
  
• Excellent time management skills.
  
• QMS and STPS compliance.
  
• Experience managing DNC or similar.
  
• Training indicators (metrics) and action plans.
  
• Lean experience and project management.
