Position Description
As a Procurement Coordiantor at Novo Nordisk, you will:
As a Procurement Coordiantor at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency.
- Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms and prices, while managing supplier relationships.
- Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions.
- Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to proposal execution and price analysis.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes and supplier evaluations, including ERP system adherence.
- Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, managing supplier interfaces, purchase orders, and discrepancies.

- Proven experience of at least 4 years in Procurement (Indirect).
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Knowledge of sourcing (7 steps and e-auction), showing strong negotiation skills.
- Expert in Coupa.
- Advanced level of English.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have:
- Experience with SAP
