We are currently searching for a Production Support Specialist:

Responsibilities:

• Provide 24x7 production support in a financially impactful payment environment.
• Manage incidents, changes, and problem resolution within the payment domain.
• Monitor and troubleshoot TCP/IP traces and payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and other payment regulations.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a 24x7 production support environment for financial services.
• 3+ years of experience in incident, change, and problem management.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ISO 8583, ISO 20022, and payment systems like ACH, RTP, SWIFT.

Desired:

• Familiarity with Mule Soft, Murex, and payment card systems.
• Knowledge of cross-border and domestic payments regulations.
• Experience reading TCP/IP traces and understanding of technical issues in card payments.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
