Quality Supervisor
Job based in Fuentes Plant Trim Division
Lear Corporation is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.
As a Quality Supervisor, you will be Responsible for Respond to the customer and follow up on complaints about the product sent, maintain a constant communication on the follow-up and corrective actions of customer complaints and notifications. He is a customer representative at our plant.
YOUR TASK WILL BE
01) Visit to internal and external clients.
02) Preparation of customer complaint matrices and monitoring status.
03) Assistant in coordination of replacements due to quality defects for client plants.
04) Lead meetings with a multifunctional team to monitor corrective actions.
05) Attend conferences with clients (progress, trends, etc.).

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
Completed engineering degree in any field
1-3 years minimum in similar position
Contact with clients
8Ds
Knowledge of IATF requirements
Have a visa or approval in process
