The Role
Hybrid on-site in our AMS Monterrey Office - 3 times per week. Must be available to work shifts starting at 6:30am to 3:30pm to cover US hours.
Provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process as part of the recruitment administration team. To act as the main point of contact for all queries relating to their area of responsibility. Will be a focus on candidate care and then will also need to be flexible to support high volume interview scheduling supporting the United States.
Reports to Team Leader – Recruitment Administration or Principal – Recruitment Administration
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
- Managing account specific administration activities such as responding to candidate questions via email by responding to tickets. Will be moved to interview scheduling in a high volume environment
- Managing other various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process
- Collaborating on or completing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports accurately as required within the set deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties including recruiters, hiring managers, vendors (ie pes vendor) and other account stakeholders
- Ensuring stakeholders are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes
- Management of day-to-day queries relating their area of responsibility, ensuring all are dealt with in an effective and timely manner and escalated where necessary
- Participating in continuous improvement implementation within the immediate team
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
- Must have previous experience in a candidate care environment - answering candidate questions related to the recruitment process in a high volume and fast paced environment.
- Airline industry candidate care experience is an asset but not required.
- Effective English business communication skills, written and oral
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel
- Systems experience and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible and adaptable, quick learner
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
