What you’ll do
Position Title: SAP Mexico Early Career Talent - Human Resources Specialist
Location: Mexico City, Mexico
Schedule: 40 HR/week
Contract Duration: 2 Years
Activities and Responsibilities
The Human Resources Specialist will sit next to HR Team and learning day to day basic tasks such as:

Face to face interaction with employees, managers, internal and external stakeholder
-
Support to daily Local HR Services activities: Employee Folders, Employee Personal Data changes in systems, Global Projects, etc.

Lead and implement different HR global and local initiatives
-
Be aware about local policies to deliver a good experience to the internal customers.

Be responsible of all tasks about Onboarding and Offboarding process

Be responsible of to organize activities for organizational environment

Educational requirements: Recent Graduate (Less than 2 Years from Graduation Date)

Ideal Majors: Human Resources, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Psychology or equivalent

Language Requirements: English (B2 & Above), Spanish (Fluent)

This role will report into the Local HR Services Team. Local HR Services (LHRS) are Functional Specialists providing unique country expertise to deliver best in class customer experience across the employee life cycle while at the same time driving operational excellence to ensure compliance. With collaboration being at the core of the team's success, LHRS acts as a liaison between country and global HR service delivery teams, forming key partnerships with HR Directors, People Relations, Total Rewards and all other HR teams, corporate functions, and external vendors. This partnership, acting as country subject matter experts is key for the successful implementation of new policies, services, and tools.
