Scrum Master - Bilingüe

Escolaridad: Licenciatura, Ingeniería y/o en Informática, Sistemas Computacionales o afines.

5 años de experiencia en:
Experiencia en la industria financiera (Indispensable)
Certificación válida de Scrum
Medir la entrega, la madurez y el rendimiento del equipo, revisión de métricas.
Promover/facilitar la comunicación y colaboración dentro del equipo Agile para apoyar la entrega de valor y los compromisos del Sprint.
En un modelo Scaled Agile, facilitar la planificación a escala para el equipo -por ejemplo, Pre-Planificación/Preparación, Eventos de Planificación PI- y representa al equipo en Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.
Planificación de Sprint, Scrum Diario, Refinamiento del Backlog, Demos/Revisiones de Sprint, y Retrospectivas de Sprint.
Guiar y entrenar a uno o más equipos en las prácticas de Scrum, y desarrollar su comprensión de los principios ágiles.
Conocimientos en Medios de Pago
Experiencia utilizando ITIL (Indispensable)
Inglés conversacional (Indispensable)

Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:00 a 6:00 PM
Zona de trabajo: Cd. México – (Cerca del Metro Auditorio) Esquema Híbrido (2 - 3 días en sitio)
