About This Role
As a Senior Product Designer (Growth), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform's value for new customers, tech professionals, and Learning & Development teams. You’ll lead design efforts from ideation to launch, using insights to create exceptional user experiences that drive growth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per month

About This Role
As a Senior Product Designer (Growth), you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our platform's value for new customers, tech professionals, and Learning & Development teams. You’ll lead design efforts from ideation to launch, using insights to create exceptional user experiences that drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process, iterating based on user feedback and research.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to launch newfeatures.
- Balance user needs and business goals, managing stakeholder input.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation and A/B testing.
- 5+ years in product/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent design, prototyping, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to drive projects and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
