Position Overview
Based within the HR function, this role plays a key part in bringing top talent to the organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired. The Sr TAP is able to develop recruiting strategies leveraging market data and insights. He/she forges strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Business leaders, HR, and potential hires, while championing a best in class candidate experience. He/she proactively creates talent pipelines for current and future talent needs. This role will have the opportunity to lead and support global projects, and recommend process improvements/efficiencies.

Position Overview
Based within the HR function, this role plays a key part in bringing top talent to the organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing candidates through various channels until the candidate is hired. The Sr TAP is able to develop recruiting strategies leveraging market data and insights. He/she forges strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Business leaders, HR, and potential hires, while championing a best in class candidate experience. He/she proactively creates talent pipelines for current and future talent needs. This role will have the opportunity to lead and support global projects, and recommend process improvements/efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate direct candidates from a variety of sources including use of social media e.g. Linked In to significantly reduce reliance on agency/3rd party suppliers. Manage and support senior level recruitment (G63+ as required). Maintain and update the information in the applicant tracking system.
- Owns/Leads relationships with businesses/functions. This includes providing the leaders and HR with best practice/continuous improvement to recruitment approach, regular updates on recruiting metrics/KPIs, strategies to address talent needs, root cause analyses, etc. Manage senior level stakeholder relationships to influence and achieve talent acquisition objectives. Act as a diversity champion with both internal and external stakeholders. Realize strategies to address talent needs (short- and long-term) in cooperation with the TAM or TAD. Managing risk effectively and flagging issues that may impact delivery.
- Analyze and interpret key metrics and KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders. Partner with hiring managers through alignment meeting to understand business requirements, agree on sourcing strategy, advise on selection/assessment techniques/criteria and next steps to support KPI’s and SLA’s. Manage risk effectively and flag issues that may impact delivery.
- Role model for providing excellent customer service, coaching others to deliver a distinctive customer experience. Taking responsibility for ensuring that work in the team is of the highest quality and encouraging team members to hold themselves to high standards. Taking responsibility for knowledge sharing, identifying knowledge gaps and developing the know-how of other colleagues and taking ownership for driving this. Providing support and advice to more junior team members in terms of knowledge and workload management – being a mentor for less experienced colleagues
- Works well independently. Leads complex escalations and its resolutions. Actively participating in calls and internal meetings. Acting as a role model for delivering excellent customer service, striving to show consistency in both communication and behavior. Acting as Subject Matter Expert for the broader team and for the internal Clients. Driving the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and finding better ways of working. Brings insight to the team to improve service delivery and facilitates complex end-to-end process improvement. Able to lead, mentor, coach and influence others.
- Lead global talent acquisition-related projects as required and directed to support achievement of business objectives. Organize activities as needed (interview days, career fairs, etc.) Leading assigned HR projects and initiatives and ensuring the objectives are met in the given timeline. Leading the transition of processes and introduction of new tools/technology. Identifying and independently delivering process improvement/change initiatives projects. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business, HR, Psychology or other relevant field required.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition either leading high volume projects or corporate environments. Agency, RPO or in-house recruiting experience required.
- Experience in identifying market trends and researching information through various channels
- Experience in sourcing, preferably from an FMCG/CPG company; Knowledge of social media sourcing techniques
- Experience using ATS systems
- Fluency in English is required.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize projects and deliverables.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters and maintain confidentiality
- Composure under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Collaborative team player
- A good networker with ability to forge strong relationships
- Customer relationship management (with understanding of business culture) - including communication, ability to influence.
- Well organized, ability to priorities and meet deadlines.
