We are seeking a Technical Writer to create technical documentation including user documentation how-to guides integration guides computer systems operation guides and product specifications that increase the experience for the digital platform. You will work with subject matter experts to ensure that the information they provide is accurate and easy to understand

Qualified Applicants must reside in Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey
Able to work in person 3 days per week on site

What you’ll do:

• Ability to easily grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, graphics, and process flows.

• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write end-user, technical, system, product, and process documentation based on client needs.

• Ability to analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.

• Ability to deliver high-quality and technically accurate content by means of successful collaboration with information owners.

• Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports to present to the client.

• Ability to brainstorm and provide solutions to documentation challenges and process changes within the project.

Requirements

• Tech Writing (technology related)

• Content Writing, Experience writing for software development audience (APIs, Privacy, Security)

• Tools - Google Suite, MS Office.

• Strong English language skills - Writing and speaking.

• Communication and organization skills.

• Experience in web-based content authoring in a professional capacity.

• Understanding of Google Cloud Platform.
