You will play a key role as the first point of contact, ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule client appointments, ensuring accurate calendar management.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with general inquiries, direct them to the appropriate legal team members, and resolve minor issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Support the team with document management, filing, and data entry.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing a welcoming and helpful customer experience.
- Case Management Support: Assist with file organization, tracking case progress, and updating client records as needed.
- Communication Tools: Proficiency in using phone systems, CRM tools, and other communication platforms.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or receptionist roles (preferably in a legal or professional services environment).
- Technology Skills: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital communication tools.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Remote Work: Experience working remotely with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and rotate days off.
- Shifts: 8-hour shifts with a 40-hour work week.
- Location: Must be located in Colombia or Mexico with the ability to work remotely.
- Equipment: Personal computer and stable internet connection.
- Hourly rate at $6 - 7 USD/hour.
