WAREHOUSE MANAGER ( Share CV in English)

*Activities**
1Maintain the correct communication between the direct client and the different internal departments of the company.
2Prepare daily reports of deliveries, claims and returns.
3Attend to customer complaints or comments in a personalized way.
4Organize and plan the distribution of requests by customers.
5Manage and supervise the personnel under his charge.
6Stimulate the team to meet the goals (KPis).
7Visit customers to verify the performance of the service.
8Create and implement action or continuous improvement plans.
9Prepare and manage the department's annual budget.
10Conduct and coordinate briefings with your staff.
11Create contingency plans for possible staffing shortages.
12Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

Experience: Time:
1Warehousing and distribution management 5 years +
2Customs operations (preferred). 2 years +
Languages: Advanced English.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
