What are we looking for?
Digimind is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Operations Intern to join our dynamic Marketing Team in Rabat, Morocco.
Reporting directly to the head of marketing in Digimind Rabat, you will have the global mission of improving the Marketing Operations Assets.
Key responsibilities include:
CRM Automation:

• Linked In Ads campaigns: Set the assets (list of contacts, workflow, Campaign).
  
• Create/Edit Custom lists for marketing and sales purposes.
  
• Create/Edit Workflows to automate any process on a daily basis.
  
• Create/Edit Dashboards / Reports to analyze the team performance.
  

Email marketing:

• Create tracking URLs for the new campaigns.
  
• Prepare/extract the database of contacts.
  

Lead Gen Process:

• Chat conversation: Prepare chat scripts & Update the Q&A.
  
• Develop new messages for our online campaigns.
  
• Contacts Duplicates Clean using the CRM report.
  

What do you bring?

• Ongoing Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing ideally;
  
• To complete this internship, it is mandatory to have both : "Internship agreement" and "Internship insurance";
  
• Available for a 6 months internship in Marketing Operations;
• Marketing profile or General curiosity and interest in data analysis;
  
• Fluency in English & French, Spanish speaking a plus;
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  
• Well structured working style;
  
• Ability to organize and follow-up on multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness;
  
• Fun and friendly team-play skills;
  
• Easy orientation in the digital world.
