Customer Service Representative (French speaking)

XPEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a French speaking Customer Support Representative for our office in Tilburg, the Netherlands.

The opportunity:
You will be the first interface to customer to provide a world class customer service to both existing and prospective customers, as well as internal customers. You will answer inbound calls to the company’s main support line and take appropriate action based on the type of call, including:
· Answering basic questions about the company’s operation, product, services
· Entering, changing or checking on the status of orders using Net Suite ERP software
· Support customers with the use of XPEL’s website and on-line ordering tools
· Pro-actively calling customers in response to automated alerts about order delays or other problems
· Setting up new accounts to analyze and monitor problems within our software platform and handle quotes/catalog
· Follow-up of leads related to distributors
· Creating leads and other activities to coordinate the dealer locator. In addition, you are
responsible for creating credits and/or RA's, invoicing and booking training courses
· Soliciting feedback from customers about the Company’s service, products or performance

Experience:
  • You have a diploma (MBO level or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience
  • Experience in providing support through live chats and email preferred
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of French and English is mandatory (verbal and in writing). Dutch is preferrable.
