Customer Support Specialist (Product) - Netherlands Based

a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing exceptional
support and guidance for the Customer Gauge platform. You will be responsible for
addressing customer questions around the application, troubleshooting issues, and
providing timely solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Customer Gauge
Support desk has an NPS of 90!
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets within a set Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Troubleshoot issues reported by customers, escalating issues to the appropriate
teams when necessary and act as the customer voice internally, passing along
feedback / risk indicators to product, strategic account management and account
servicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Services and Product
development to resolve customer issues and improve product usability.
Stay updated on product features, enhancements, and updates to effectively
support customers.
Work with customer stakeholders across all levels of the business to support their
business needs, recommend functionality that cover their use case and drive
application usage.
Participate in application testing and quality assurance activities to ensure product
reliability and performance when tied to a support issue.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably in a B2B software or
technology company
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience using CRM systems and support tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping others
