Desk-side Support Technician needed in Eemshaven,Netherlands

We are looking for a Desk-side Support Technician to join the RWE Infosys project in the Netherlands. This role involves providing on-site support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software, including staging and setup. The technician will be responsible for handling support tickets through Service Now and Gepard.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide desk-side support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software, including staging and setup.
Handle and resolve support tickets using Service Now and Gepard systems.
Deliver desk-site support at multiple service bars across various locations.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills:

Experience in desk-side support for PCs, laptops, and peripherals.
Proficiency in handling tickets using Service Now and Gepard.
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on hardware and software support.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service locations efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact with end-users and IT teams effectively.
