We are continuously expanding, which means we must stay updated with the latest technologies. You will be part of Dan Bred’s IT & Data department, consisting of 4 specialist colleagues who you can always turn to for special support tasks. As a global company, you will have colleagues from all over the world, making your workday exciting.
As a first and second level supporter for Benelux area, you will be the go-to person for our users when they face challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
· Resolving service requests from Dan Bred Service Desk and via phone
· Providing remote and onsite end-user support
· Installing PCs and other devices and equipment – we use Active Directory and the entire Office365 suite
· Preparing and maintaining IT documentation for the team

As a global company, there will be travel days to our subsidiary locations, and especially to Belgium and France. You will be a part of our Global IT department with direct reference to Head of Data & IT and have a permanent office space at the new Dan Bred/Klasse office in 5691PN Son en Breugel
IT Support Specialist with a knack for independent tasks
· You are a trained IT Support Specialist
· Have 3-5 years of experience
· Experience working with new technologies and innovation.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Work systematically and structured with a high level of quality
Important competencies and behaviors
· A strong curiosity with technology to improve the business
· Good analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
· Are proactive and not afraid to take initiative
· Are capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks
· It is a requirement that you have your own car.
Language/Writing Skills
· Fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
· Communicate in English and write at a solid level
· French and German at an intermediate level
· Other language skills are an advantage but not a requirement
