Who we're looking for?

For our store, we are looking for sales-driven and service-oriented individuals who create a personal shopping experience for our customers and introduce them to the wonderful world of tea. In addition to being a local ambassador for the PAPER & TEA brand, it is important to us that you enjoy conversing with a variety of people and can present and sell products with enthusiasm and attention to detail.

Your mission

• Independent work in the PAPER & TEA store and completion of all related tasks
• Consultation and sale of high-quality teas and accessories
• As a host, you prepare and serve our tea-based drinks at the brew bar in the store
• Conducting tea tastings and participating in store events

Your profile

• You have excellent communication skills
  
• You have professional experience in a premium, lifestyle-oriented industry or a comparable service-oriented field (such as hospitality)
  
• You have a high standard for good service
  
• You have an interest in learning more about tea and tea culture and sharing this knowledge with others
  
• You have organizational talent and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner in a team.
  
• Ideally, you have good communication skills in English and Dutch
