We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Planning & Scheduling Manager to join our team. As the Supply Planning & Scheduling Manager, you will lead a team of Supply Chain Inventory Planners and Schedulers in different regions, to balance demand and supply for various products and processes in collaboration with internal and external parties. You will participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and ensure that global demand and supply are balanced by coordinating various processes in alignment with decisions taken in the IBP cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Supply Chain Inventory Planners and Schedulers to ensure effective management and allocation of operating resources, resulting in agreed demand, manufacturing, purchase, R&D, and inventory plans;
• Participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, facilitating and leading the Supply Review Meeting and preparing input for the Financial Review and Integrated Demand-Supply Review Meetings;
• Define and implement Customer Service Levels for the defined businesses and contribute to the preparation of the Annual Budget Plan and Business Operations Strategy;
• Install and monitor KPIs in the supply chain area, research performance, identify performance killers, and drive improvement actions for the defined product lines;
• Identify, initiate, participate in, lead, or implement multi-disciplinary improvement projects or business development programs in various areas of the supply chain;
• Ensure compliance with dsm-firmenich policies and procedures which are included in the corporate Operations requirements for supply chain management.

You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and scheduling OR 5+ years in a commercial environment with affinity to supply chain, with a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex global supply chains;
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, including IBP, production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and logistics;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Ability to develop innovative solutions;
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite;
• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
