Our expectations

Demonstrate a drive to deliver excellent customer service
Show a passion for coffee and the Starbucks brand
Be open to learning new skills and quick to put them into practice
Communicate clearly with a vast variety of people
Able to commit to working different shifts throughout the day including on weekends and Public Holidays
Enjoy meeting people from all walks of life and absolutely love making their time with you a good one

Key responsibilities

Ensure every customer has an amazing experience in our store
Keep the store clean and presentable
Keep stock updated
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Work in a high-speed environment
Contribute to a high performing team to ensure efficient running of the store

Experience & Qualifications

No previous experience needed
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, and/or holidays
