Are you ready to make a significant impact and help shape the future of marketing at IAG? We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Lead, Brand Marketing to join our team and drive our mission to make the world a safer place. At IAG, we are customer-led and data-driven, committed to empowering the communities we serve to be safer, stronger, and more confident.
As the Lead, Brand Marketing, you will play a crucial role in delivering the marketing plan for key customer segments. You will manage key marketing activities, including BTL and ATL communications and campaigns, to build our Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) and achieve business outcomes for Hub Services.
In this role, you’ll craft and execute marketing plans for Hub Services, including AMI Motor Hub, AMI Home Hub, and AMI Roadside Rescue. You’ll drive customer awareness, acquisition, and retention by understanding their needs and creating compelling offers and campaigns. You’ll manage key initiatives, ensuring our brand stands out and resonates with customers. Additionally, you’ll monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and collaborate with agency partners and stakeholders to maximise impact. You’ll oversee work that has been assigned to other team members when required. Your insights and leadership will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategy and achieving business goals.

This is a permanent full-time position with hybrid working conditions, available at any of our IAG offices across New Zealand, with a preference for those located in Auckland.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring with you the following skills and experience:

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.

Commercial acumen with the ability to analyse metrics and provide actionable insights.

Ability to enable supplier partners to deliver their best work through clear expectations and quality feedback.

Collaborative and able to manage a broad range of stakeholders.

Agile and adaptable to change.

8+ years of marketing experience.
