Position Available: Cafe Sous Chef
Number of Position Available: 1
Location: Jacks Coffee Lounge, Hamilton
Payrate: $27 to $30 per hour
This is full time permanent position.

• Your Working hours will be 35 hours to 40 hours. You will be working Monday through to Sunday as per the rotating roster between 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• This Role Includes Weekend Work, public holidays

We are looking for a young energetic self motivated person for our busy cafe in Hamilton. Cafe operates 7 days a week. So, flexibility of working across a multiple shift rooster 7 days a week required.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate who is available to work weekends and holidays
Candidate with relevant qualification in cookery and culinary level 5 and above.
Candidate with three to four years of relevant current cafe experience.
Applicants must be in New Zealand.
Pay rate based on qualifications and experience.
Preference given to candidate who is available to start immediately

• Current experience in a busy cafe
• Be passionate about food
• Cook quality food at speed with consistency
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• Comply with Food Safety and Food control Plan
• Clear (and friendly) communication with your team members.
• A collaborative style, working harmoniously with the management team and staff.
