North Shore and Waitakere HospitalsTe Whatu Ora, Waitematā, is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for experienced Health Care Assistants to join our Waitematā Central Staffing Team. This role provides the chance to advance your career by working across North Shore and Waitakere Hospitals, contributing to various wards.

- Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant, preferably in an acute health care setting
- Flexibility to work up to 24/7 rostered shifts, including weekends
- A caring, positive, and warm personality with a genuine interest in assisting others
- Providing personal care to patients
- Maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and proper storage of the ward and equipment
- Managing and restocking supplies
- Handling enquiries and assisting with bed-making
- Preparing patients for meals and documenting intake and output
