Your previous experience in an operational environment will stand you in good stead and a fork-hoist licence will be advantageous. It goes without saying that you will have a commitment to excellence and proactive attitude to a team providing services at the highest possible standard. As a Charge Hand you will be required to:
- Work Monday to Friday 2330 to 0800
- Ensure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
- Work closely with the processing Team Leader to ensure that our operations are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
- Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
- Perform daily warehouse tasks as required
- Be able to lift 20-25kgs in a physically demanding envirionment
- An F endorsed or Osh approved forklift license would be advantagous
