Hongye Ltd is looking for two full-time Chinese Cooks to join their team. Ideal candidates must have the following:

• Six months of relevant local work experience in Chinese cuisine is required.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Must be able to work on weekends and work overtime.
• Must be flexible to work lunch and dinner shifts and be able to manage two shifts in a day.
• Full commitment is required.
• Be reliable, responsible and punctual.
• Be able to provide a police clearance certificate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all Chinese Cuisine dishes are prepared to the specifications.
• Ensuring all Chinese Cuisine recipes and preparation requirements are met.
• Ensuring temperatures, seasonings and flavors are to specification.
• Ensuring all foods are presented and served in a timely manner and in the correct sequence.
• Ensuring the storage of foods and others meet statutory Health and Safety requirements.
• Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements.
• Updating and developing new cooking techniques and procedures in accordance with the new menu.
• General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties.
