Located at our Auckland Branch in Highbrook, our Customer Services team is critical in delivering a service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. As a close-knit team, you will often hear laughter and chatter in the office - we take time to build connections with both customers and one another.
The role
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has strong administrative skills, is a keen problem solver and can communicate well with a variety of stakeholders to deliver great service to our customers.
This is a fulltime, Monday to Friday role with the occasional rostered weekend work.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building rapport with customers
- Excellent communication skills, whether written or by phone
- Work with internal and external customers to answer queries and resolve issues
- Accurate processing of transport documents
- Have strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems
- Be experienced in customer services and administrative tasks
- Demonstrate interdepartmental focus - you'll be working closely with our Operations and Sales teams
- Enjoy working in a team and be committed to shared goals
