About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to grow your career as a supervisor within our team based in our Islington depot. You will be leading a highly skilled team of Electrical Fitters working on Orion’s distribution network, providing services including construction, maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification.
About You
- Relevant Electrical Registration and current practising license
- A minimum of 5+ years experience in the High Voltage electrical industry
- Strong ability to communicate technical information and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate high levels of understanding of and adherence to the Health and Safety practices and regulations of the High Voltage Industry
- Coach, support and develop the team, build knowledge and skills to provide coverage and to build succession plans
