Requirements:
Reporting to the AVP - Sales (ANZ) the Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers. Assigned to several named customers, the Account manager is responsible for achieving Sales Quota and assigned strategic account objectives.
The Account Manager within OSF Digital is responsible for maintainin:
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Proven account management or other relevant experience in the IT/digital sector.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C- level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
