We are seeking a skilled Class 4/5 driver with WTR endorsement with a strong background in operating machinery in the civil construction industry. If you have asphalt roller experience, you're exactly the person we're looking for!

Position: Class 4 or 5 WTR Machine Operator
Location: Hamilton
Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Class 4 or 5 vehicles and WTR (Wheels, Track, Rollers) machinery safely and efficiently.
• Handle asphalt rolling tasks as part of road construction and maintenance projects.
• Ensure machinery is maintained and operated in accordance with company safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 4 or 5 driver’s license with W T R endorsement.
• Proven experience with WTR machinery.
• Experience operating asphalt rollers is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in a construction environment.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
