Health Promotion Lead - Māori

Health Promotion Forum of NZ is currently advertising for a Health Promotion Lead – Māori.
We’re looking for a health promoter with proven experience to lead our work with Māori, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a ‘virtual setting’.
Some of the essential requirements of this position include advanced knowledge of Te Reo Māori and Tikanga Māori, Matauranga Māori, familiarity with Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and the Ottawa Charter.
Experience in teaching health promotion is also essential as this role will require you to lead and facilitate HPF’s work on health promotion education and training with an emphasis on activities which improve the health of Māori.
