Position: Office Clerk
Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in our databases and systems.
• Filing: Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
• Customer Service: Answer phone calls and emails, assisting customers with their inquiries.
• Document Preparation: Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Support: Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
• Inventory: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent OR at least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
