Patient Care Assistant - Outpatients

Outpatients Department, North Shore Hospital
Permanent, full time role (1FTE, 80 hours per fortnight)
The Outpatients Department at North Shore Hospital are looking for a Patient Care Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This position is a joint clerical reception & clinical support role, in a multi-cultural environment.
You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to learn with a can-do attitude. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a health care setting as a Patient Care or Health Care Assistant, or have worked in an administration or clerical role within a health care environment.
Excellent computer skills and attention to detail are a must, and having knowledge of i PM or a similar programme would be advantageous.
