At AROA, our people come to work every day with passion and ideas that fuel our business and go home at the end of each day knowing they have made a real difference in the lives of others.
Our mission is to be the global leader in regenerative healing, making our products and services accessible to everybody. AROA develops, manufactures, and exports innovative wound care products, improving the lives of millions around the world by unlocking extraordinary outcomes for our patients.
M ā ori for ‘understanding’, AROA is proudly New Zealand born and based. Our specialized range of soft tissue repair products utilizes our successful Endoform Extracellular Matrix (ECM) biomaterial, and is sourced exclusively from NZ pasture-raised animals.
We have been on quite a journey here at AROA and we continue to go from strength to strength every day. We have truly ambitious goals and we know that it’s the talent, collaboration and passion of our people that allows us to succeed in our mission.
What you’ll be doing!
As a Production Technician at Aroa, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging our leading wound care devices.
We understand that doing the same thing day in and day out can be tedious, so we make it a priority to cross-train our team in all areas of our manufacturing facility. You’ll have the opportunity to move within teams and develop your skillset across different departments.
Our roles are permanent full time, with morning, day and afternoon shift rotations from Monday to Friday and occasional weekend work on a voluntary basis.
Key responsibilities:
What you’ll bring!
We’ll teach you everything you need to know! All you need is a positive mindset, the willingness to learn, and effective written and verbal communication skills. Some areas of the facility are more physically demanding than others, so a reasonably good level of physical fitness is necessary.
Other beneficial skills and experiences include:
We offer a competitive remuneration structure that allows you to “earn as you learn”. As you gain competency in new areas or take on additional responsibilities, this is reflected in your hourly rate. We review production technician wages every 3 months to make sure that everyone is being fairly rewarded for the efforts they put in!
Based in Airport Oaks with easy access to the motorway, there is plenty of parking available around our offices. Successful candidates will be working with a diverse and inclusive team that works hard but celebrates and recognises its people. We have a great time doing stuff that’s never been done before! You'll also be working for a mission-led company dedicated to bringing regenerative healing to people around the world. We’re sure that’s something worth being a part of!
We are looking for candidates with existing rights to work in NZ.
Applications close on 19th October 2024.
