What will you be doing in this role?
We are seeking dedicated Radiographers who can fulfil the following responsibilities:
- Operating Diagnostic Equipment: Must be proficient in operating X-ray and other radiographic equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Reviewing Medical History: Responsible for reviewing patients' medical records, asking pertinent questions, and observing patients performing tasks….
- Evaluating Patients' Condition and Needs: Should be capable of assessing the physical, social, psychological, and environmental needs of patients.
- Developing and Implementing Treatment Plans: Expected to create individualized treatment plans and carry them out in various settings, periodically reviewing treatments, evaluating progress, and making necessary adjustments.
- Liaising with Other Professionals: Must be able to work with other professionals such as doctors, physiotherapists, social workers, equipment suppliers, and architects, as well as patients' families, teachers, carers, and employers.
- Maintaining Records: Should maintain accurate written and electronic records of treatments and progress to ensure continuity of care and meet legal requirements.
- Training and Supervising: May also be required to train students and supervise the work of radiography assistants.
- Ensuring Compliance with Safety Regulations: Must ensure compliance with established safety regulations and procedures when operating radiation equipment to prevent ill-exposure to ionizing radiation.
- You will need to be a registered Radiographer.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- English Language – Academic IELTS exam i(f applicable)

Here's what it includes:
- Salary: Competitive full-time salary in line with New Zealand's national salary agreement steps, guided by the length of your experience and skills.
- Accommodation: Settle in without a worry as 4 weeks short-term accommodation is provided for you upon your arrival in NZ, up to $10,000.
- Car Hire: Up to 4 weeks of rental care hire/provision is provided up to $5,000.
- Flight & Luggage Arrangements: One-way economy travel fare for yourself, your partner and children under the age of 19. If your family don't want to travel immediately, this can be claimed up to 6 months after starting work in NZ.
- Shipping of Household Goods: Maximum of $5000 from Australia/Pacific, or up to $10,000 if from further afield.
- Airport Transfers: Airport transfer to accommodation on arrival up to a cost of $300.
- Professional Body Registration Assistance: We'll guide you through the process of registering with the New Zealand Professional Body.
- Visa Application Support: Navigating visa applications can be complex, but our team is here to provide all the help you need.
- IELTS/OET Reimbursement (if applicable): If required, we'll reimburse the cost of your IELTS or OET examination.
