About the role. Mō te Tūranga
  • Provide end to end recruitment from sourcing, CV screening, initial phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, outcome, and probity, including reference checking, Criminal, Credit & AML Checks
  • Full accountability for a high number of vacancies, managing timelines and communication to ensure stakeholders and candidates are always kept up to date
  • Strategy and marketing of new vacancies, to attract high caliber candidates. Proactively coming up with new ways to market and talent search for difficult roles
  • Ensure our monthly novice training groups are always full and future groups are recruited for ahead of time
  • Meet all recruitment targets including time to hire and time to fill
  • Support Business Leaders in selection for internal placements and external recruitment, ensuring consistency and fairness
  • Prove that Flight Centre is an employer of choice in the marketplace by providing a quality recruitment experience for candidates


About you. mo koe
  • You'll have demonstrated experience in a Recruitment Consultant position and a passion for the role
  • You're outgoing, and you take initiative in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • You'll have proven experience within a fast-paced environment
  • You will have experience working towards and achieving targets
  • Uses schedules and structures so that tasks are completed on time and as specified
  • High persuasion and influencing skills
