About the role
As the Regulatory Administrator you will provide professional business administration and support to the Animal Control Team. You will play a crucial role during the annual dog registration process.
The Regulatory Administrator is also responsible for:

• Providing timely resolution of regulatory administration enquiries both internal and external.
• To provide support the wider team in the day-to-day operational management of regulatory administrative functions.
• Be able to perform under pressure at times.

This role is 7-month fixed term to cover parental leave, starting in December 2024 through to July 2025.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who is comfortable contributing and working towards results in a group setting. You will have previous experience in an administration function.
You will also have:

• Customer service experience
• You will be a confident communicator and able to build positive relationships when dealing with internal and external customers.
• High level of digital literacy.
• Articulate communication skills both verbally and written.
• Detail orientated and process driven you can use your initiative and enjoy making improvements.
