The Relationship Associate role is critical to making this happen and will include the following responsibilities:

Look after a portfolio catering to Commercial clients

Conduct financial analysis and develop and implement appropriate customer strategies

Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market and maintain an understanding of the customer’s industry and associated markets

Ideal for emerging staff with the potential to take on Relationship Management responsibilities

Work collaboratively with other internal work functions and stakeholders

Demonstrate living the ANZ Values with customers and colleagues

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Great financial literacy, analytical skills, commercial and business acumen

Strong analytical ability to assess and interpret implications of financial trends

Prior experience in developing strong relationships in a customer delivery role

Sound understanding of the structuring of security arrangements

A positive attitude with a growth mindset

Preferably possesses an accounting or finance degree or equivalent, though not a strict requirement
