We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager for Jas&Jap Limited t/a
Roundtree Dairy & Takeaway who can run and manage our busy business in Auckland. This position is for someone who has a detailed eye and love to engage with customers.
Our people are full of personality, work hard, and most of all enjoy coming to work in a high energy, customer's always (usually) right, friendly team!
You will:

must have good negotiation skills
must know how to keep the stock levels and standards.
must know how to use the marketing resources.

must keep the stock in a safe manner.
must know how to use the marketing resources.
must maintain the record of finances.
must keep the stock in a safe manner.
be responsible for hiring the staff, controlling, training and supervision of staff.
be responsible for to look after the budget.
be responsible for compliance and health and safety regulations.

This is a permanent and full-time position, with minimum 32 hours. The salary would be from $29.66-$30. The candidate must have 3 year work experience or equivalent study.
