The role:
Seeking Casual Retail Assistants at Auckland Airport.
As a Retail Assistant you will deliver an outstanding customer service experience through your product knowledge and ability to provide recommendations and services to our customers. To execute your goals, you will receive regular, professional training so you will always be up to date on the latest products and trends! You will also:
- Lagardere AWPL is the Pacific region's largest and most experienced Travel Retail operator
- Over 150+ stores across Australia, New Zealand and Noumea
- 40 unique concepts across four Business Lines: Travel Essentials, Specialty, Duty Free & Luxury and Food Service

- $24.95 per hour
The role:
Seeking Casual Retail Assistants at Auckland Airport.
As a Retail Assistant you will deliver an outstanding customer service experience through your product knowledge and ability to provide recommendations and services to our customers. To execute your goals, you will receive regular, professional training so you will always be up to date on the latest products and trends! You will also:
- Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand requirements
- Maintain stock and merchandise presentation consistently and in accordance with Company standards
- Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering a great customer experience to achieve sales targets.
- Clear and confident communication skills and an ability to think on your feet and promote your brand.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
- Previous experience working in the retail industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card
