fashion & homewares boutique.

As the Newmarket Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving success and leading a team of 10+ while maintaining the high standards of customer service that our brand is known for.

- Proven experience as a Store Manager, leading a team in a customer-centric environment.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service with the natural ability to engage and connect with customers on a personal level.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion and dedication for building a productive, fun and cohesive team environment.
- Ability to inspire, motivate and develop your team to be the best version of themselves.
- A commitment to driving sales and achieving outstanding results.
- Experience in staff training and motivation, especially in sales and customer service.
- A creative problem-solver with excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
- Highly motivated, with a dynamic attitude and a love for challenges.
- A genuine interest in fashion and a dedication for helping others feel confident.
