Natvar Limited operates a Dairy/Superette in New Zealand, offering a wide range of products and services to our local community. As we continue to grow, we are seeking two diligent Store Persons to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
The Store Person will play a key role in the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our shelves are stocked, the store is clean, and our customers are happy. This position involves a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Receiving and processing stock shipments, checking for accuracy and quality.
• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed neatly.
• Assisting customers with their queries, providing excellent customer service.
• Operating the cash register and handling cash transactions with integrity.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the storeroom and sales floor.
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering stock as needed.
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Requirements:

• NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or equivalent OR at least one year of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly disposition.
• Ability to lift and move stock safely.
• A team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand.
