Mission/Vision of the company

This company is revolutionising the New Zealanders’ cooking habits by bringing recipes to their homes from all around the world, making them chefs for one night. Each week, the team challenges itself to create three new and original recipes inspired from the best cuisines worldwide.

Internship

Together with the Production Manager, you will work on setting up a safe and effective production unit. You will assist the Heads of Recipe Development to look for new original and delicious recipes every week.

You have a passion for cooking, you are born entrepreneur and you are always looking for new market innovation on the other side of the world.

Daily tasks

• Define and organise the planning and optimise resources; organise and supervise the ingredients from their ordering until their delivery in final form
• Defining the development of new recipes plus food prepping; test cooking recipes, helping with food styling
• Ensure a strict following of the food safety program implemented, organise systems and processes of quality, hygiene and safety control
• Recruit and motivate a team of kitchen hands to work along with the production manager

You are/have

• You like to cook and spend your time in fresh markets, looking for the nicest ingredients to prepare delicious dinners
• You like to create and develop new processes, you already have successful experience in leadership
• You’re always aware of the latest news and social media updates; you’re e-commerce’s number one fan
• Creativity is your second name
• You’re able to hold a conversation in good English
• You’re curious, positive, very autonomous, and ready for new challenges!
