Responsibilities
- Fuel Management
- Coordinate communications, analysis, and account reconciliations with all partner filling stations.
- Prepare expense reports and provide analysis of fueling patterns, highlighting changes in fuel purchases, and giving recommendations on increases in loading or reductions where applicable.
- Document the results of audit work following audit rules & processes.
- Assist in generating approval and payment requests through management software.
- Perform audit procedures to verify controls are operating through testing and interviewing techniques.
- Providing management with statistics detailing fuel consumption on a beat-by-beat basis, highlighting anomalies in spending patterns as well as coordinating with other Fleet officers on fuel reporting.
- Generate, record, and store all fueling-related transactions safely and comprehensively.
- BSc/ HND degree in Financial Management or Accounts
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Finance & Audit Department
- Undergoing ICAN or ACCA.
- Experience handling fuelling purchases and cost reconciliations.
- He/She must have good audit experience
- Must be mathematically sound and possess a high level of computer literacy.
- Salary: N200,000 Monthly. (Net pay)
- 13th Month Salary.
