·Coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
·Preparing structural designs and detailing drawings.
·Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements via structural drawings
·Reviewing the engineering tasks and ensuring necessary measures to prevent errors
·Ensure all project works are executed timely according to specifications
·Proper maintenance and management of construction materials
·Initiate and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
·Coordinate with various teams to ensure project goals are met.
·Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders
·Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors
·Other duties assigned by the department and Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or HND in Civil Engineering, Building Tech, or similar course.
Above 5 years Experience in described roles.
Sound knowledge of Structural design/drawings.
COREN certification is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
