We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Associate with 4 to 6 years of post call to bar experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal knowledge, exceptional analytical skills and a proven ability to manage complex cases, engage in critical litigation issues with little or no guidance and provide strategic advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
- Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,and industry trends.
Requirements:
- LL.B degree from an accredited University in Nigeria and Call to Bar Certificate with a first class or second class upper degree. LL.M or other advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as a practicing lawyer with significant experience in Litigation and Transactions.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
