We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Experiential Operations Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As an Experiential operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating innovative and immersive marketing experiences that engage our target audience and drive brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to create memorable and impactful brand activations. The ideal candidate possesses a strategic mindset, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional brand experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive experiential marketing strategies and campaigns to support brand objectives and drive consumer engagement.
• Identify target audiences and analyze market trends to design experiences that resonate with our consumers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives, and ensure brand consistency throughout all activations.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end execution of experiential marketing events, including trade shows, pop-up shops, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
• Oversee the selection and management of external vendors & partners to ensure seamless execution of events and activations.
• Research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing to continually enhance our strategies and tactics.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling event concepts, themes, and visual elements that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate experiential marketing initiatives with online and social media campaigns.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution of initiatives.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential marketing efforts through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety, and industry regulations for all events and activations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (4-6 years) in experiential marketing or related roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated success in planning and executing experiential marketing events, including budget management and vendor coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique experiences that capture attention and drive brand loyalty.
• Proficient in using event management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Analytical skills with the ability to measure the impact and ROI of experiential marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in experiential marketing, such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and interactive installations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables & power point slide creation & presentation skill
• Strong attention to detail
• Available to travel within Nigeria & Internationally.
