We have, in line with our vision, already taken a front-line position in the air express industry in less than a decade since our commencement of operations. Job Position: Front Desk / Sales Officer
Job Location: Owerri, Imo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities

• Provide client support and handle client communications effectively.
• Discuss business contracts and cost with clients.
• Build connections on behalf of the company.
• Must-have flare for sales.
• Ability to work with less supervision.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
• Keep records of clients' interactions, process client's accounts, and file documents.
• Ability to market by opening and closing deals.
• Maintain existing clients and generate new clients to achieve revenue goals.
• Identifying new business markets and recording daily customer transactions.
• Handle clients' complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ability to make presentations on products and services
• Initiate deals.
• Identify target markets.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Sales or relevant field.
• Must have at least 3 years of work experience as sales /client relationships with track record.
• Experience in marketing will be an advantage.
• Must be living in Owerri
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must pay attention to details.
• Good record-keeping skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have integrity.
• Must be courteous and presentable.
• Should be able to work with less supervision.
