Job Description/Requirements
MANAGER IN DORNIER AVIATION LIMITED
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources & Admin responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Qualifications
- Should have HND or PGD, Bachelors or Master's Degree qualifications in Human resources or related fields
- 10+ years' experience in Human Resources
- Have problem solving skill
- Time Management Techniques
- Negotiation Skills
- Provide advice on recruitment and selection strategies- including job description
- Develop cordial working relationship with relevant union existing in work place
- Should have good communication skills, decision making ability, empathy and good organizational skills
- Aviation industry Experience will be an added advantage
