Responsibility
Develop and implement production schedule to meet customer demands and company goals
Allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure complete with health and safety regulations
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
Requirement
Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
Certification in production and inventory management ( e.g, CPIM).
Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2 years of experience in a production management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in production management software (e.g, ERP systems).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 - ₦250,000.00 per month
